Lots new in 2010

Almost every camp has made changes to improve our service! Check out what is new for this coming summer!

Discovery/Explorer Camp

These camps have always been consecutive, but this year we have made both camps four days long. This extends camp for the second graders by a day and shortens camp for everyone else by a day. That gets us to a price point of $200 while steering clear of the All-American Weekend for families who like to take advantage of the long weekend.

Jr. High Camp

This year our home camp needed our week for their own camp. So, we rediscovered Mount Hope Bible Camp. Before moving to Diamond Arrow almost 30 years ago, our camps were at Mount Hope. It is a fabulous camp about 30 minutes into the high country outside of Oroville, CA in the middle of our district. It is a fabulous campground and I know they will take great care of us!

Sr. High Camps

Although we have always had multiple alternatives for Sr. High Camp (you know, the whole Canoe Camp thing?), we will now add another one to the mix. We are adding two completely new camps to complement Canoe Camp (grades 7 to adult)!
First, Houseboat Camp is four days filled with wakeboarding, tubing, hiking, worship and lots of outdoor fun. It will be on multiple houseboats (each holding about 15) on Lake Shasta. What fun!
Second, we Cabin Camp will be the shores of Bucks Lake. The cabins are rustic and the lake is beautiful! It is also a four day camp, reducing the price to a rock bottom $150 a student!
