Is a hard copy of the registration form for you?
Most local churches are using the online registration process to simplify the process for both the families and the church leadership. If you choose to use the mail-in process, this is what you need to know:

1. No late registrations will be accepted by mail. Late registrations will be accepted online or at camp as a walk-on, space provided. Late registrations mailed to registrar will be returned.
2. Online registrations are confirmed immediately. Mailed hard copy registrations will receive a confirmation email in the event a full email address is provided for the Primary Contact when the registration form is entered into the online database.
3. No personal checks of any kind will be accepted. Mailed hard-copy registrations must be accompanied by a church check. All personal checks will be returned with accompanying registrations.
4. All space is first-come-first-served. Online registration will instantly alert you a camp is full. Hard-copy registrations will be added to the camp registration database as time allows.
