If you are the decision maker for your church, here are a few things to consider:

Online Registrations

1. Each individual takes the responsibility to register and pay online.


2. Scholarship money can be added to an individual registration by check (either mailed or online), debit card or major bank card. (Can you say "Airline Miles"?)


3. Information about your church’s camp registration is compiled online and is accessible by contacting the registrar.


4. Online registrations can be made until 24 before the start of camp.


5. Individual and group payments can be made by electronic check, debit card or major bank card. Sorry, we do not accept cash online.

Mailed Registrations

1. Each church must have a camps registrar that keeps track of all forms and mails them on time with a church check.


2. Scholarship money can easily be added into the church check.


3. A church has a complete record of everyone going to camp.


4. All registrations by mail must be mailed before the pre-registration date.


5. All payments are made only by church treasury check. No personal checks accepted.
